Registration

Certificate of organization, federal EIN, Pennsylvania sales and use tax account number, a completed REV-1220 resale certificate, and our executed operating agreement are available to suppliers on request.

What we do

We purchase branded goods at wholesale and resell them through established online retail channels, primarily Amazon. We sell products as the manufacturer supplied them: we do not repackage, relabel beyond the fulfilment identifiers our channels require, or create new product listings for brands we do not own.

Our buying is concentrated in home and kitchen goods, with a particular interest in specialty coffee and tea equipment.

How we work with suppliers

• We provide a completed resale certificate and full business documentation at onboarding.
• We ask about channel policy before placing an order, so that a supplier's terms are never something we discover afterwards.
• We keep a commercial invoice on file for every unit we sell, indefinitely, and can produce it on request for any authenticity or supply chain enquiry.
• We honour minimum advertised pricing where a supplier sets it.
• We are a new company and say so. We do not overstate our order volumes to open an account.
